I use a health first, holistic approach where I look for the root cause of your health concerns, address them and move you towards optimal health, peak performance, vitality and happiness with a tailored plan. I’m not about masking symptoms, but about finding the weeds and pulling them out, while supporting you throughout the journey to living a vibrant and fulfilling life. Because it’s an online service, we’re not limited to location and I can help you wherever you are in the world.

The Health Screening Form is an extensive questionnaire designed to dive deep into your health history, signs and symptoms, by which I can identify what your current lifestyle is like, what you’re currently experiencing and what areas might need some support.

A blood test will provide us with objective data. It enables me to see how your body is functioning from an internal perspective and allow me to understand what systems may be functioning suboptimal and are currently hindering your quality of life and levels of progress towards your goals.
I use a comprehensive test with over 50 markers, looking into your liver health, thyroid health, kidney function, lipid panel, metabolic health, inflammatory markers, hormones and a complete blood count. The test is specifically designed by Art of Health to cover all bases.
The results are compared against functional reference ranges rather than the conventional ranges. This simply means we’re looking at tighter ranges (within the conventional ranges) that research is showing to be related to optimal health, rather than merely the absence of disease. I won’t be comparing your results to what’s deemed ‘normal’ or ‘not sick’ for the general population. You deserve to feel optimally healthy.

Combining the subjective and objective data from the health screening and the blood work analysis, I now create your personal health protocol. In this multi-phase protocol we cover nutrition guidelines, supplement, training and lifestyle recommendations, all customized to you.

The Art of Health approach is a total health overhaul and that can be overwhelming if you had to do it all on your own. Instead, I offer 1:1 coaching not only to keep you accountable, but to assist you with implementing the changes and guide you on your health journey. We take a closer look at your life and how we can make adjustments for you personally. Any roadblocks that you might face - we can face them together.

Newly launched: the Art of Health Atelier! This is the online space where all clients (women) come together to work on the masterpiece that is our health. With weekly empowerment calls, guest speakers, workshops and educational content, this is the place where you can ask any questions, share your experiences and get support from likeminded women on the same journey. Working on your health can be a lone road for some, and what better way than to tackle that than to share your struggles with a trusted circle where we lift each other up.

At the start of your subscription, we’ll schedule a 60-minute 1:1 health consultation where I personally assist you in gaining insight into your health situation and developing a plan of action.
Afterwards, you'll start working on the Fundamental Health Protocol yourself. This provides you with all the information to lay the foundation for your health. It's perfect for those who want a self-guided, general program with the connection to other women for support and the information they need to educate themselves. This plan does not include blood work or blood work analysis.
